About the founder
Hello, I am Najoua a PR & Communication professional, founder of Agence Najoua, and Munch's PR and Partnership Area Lead. Here are some professional and some interesting facts about myself.
As my first professional 40-hour job I joined Munch nearly 5 years ago. I’ve been foundational to Munch (CEE’s biggest food-saving platform) since its inception, leading its transformation into a beloved brand across four countries through strategic PR and external communications.
I also frequently speak on branding and sustainable communication at major educational institutions. Due to my past (I was a journalist before Munch), I have contributed over 200 articles on social and environmental issues to respected publications.
I was one of the youngest nominees of the Signature PR Award 2024, she is a member of the Hungarian PR Association and a frequent speaker in the Startup Hungary community.

As a Global Public Relations & Automated Marketing Team Lead I secured coverages in the biggest CEE mediums regularly such as Forbes Hungary, Forbes Romania, Kreatív Magazin, HVG, Trade Magazin, Portfolio, Pénzcentrum, Denník N, The Recursive, Ziarul Financiar, PRwave.ro, G4Media.ro, Világgazdaság. Successfully managed the external communication campaign’s PR part with international key accounts such as PENNY, SPAR, and Starbucks. Kept the e-mail open rate 26% higher than the industry average in the Hungarian Market, an average of 12% higher in the other markets, and successfully managed collaboration with international brands such as This is Redy and GreenGo (through a media plan that included social channels, PR, PPC, Automated Marketing: push, e-mail)

Meska wanted to craft engaging stories that show the importance of personalized Christmas gifts. In the PR campaign, we did research that introduced the brand and the topic to the media with interesting facts and then we highlighted one designer couple who are creating their product in a 600-year-old mill. We elaborated an integrated PR campaign that included both B2B and B2C customer acquisition. The campaign had native, organic media exposures with direct links to the website and editor articles as well. We had coverages in Kiskegyed, Blikk, and Kossuth Radio with deep-interviews as well.

Organized a PR campaign to support the reach and engagement of the first Hungarian Fashion Parade in Hungary and gain 4X of the argued media value (including a TV appearance in the most viewed morning show in Hungary). The media relations were heavily involved. Important note that the brand did not have any active PR activity before. -

Successfully launched the brand on the market from a communication perspective and managed key partnerships with a wide target audience reach. Created a whole CRM user flow and redesigned the e-mail communication ensuring seamless customer experiences and improving retention and conversion rates.

Long-term collaboration focusing on positioning the company as the leader in its industry. Placing media exposures in mediums such as Portfolio and Index and organizing an article series written by the company employees to build the professional brand of the whole team. Created high-value SEO-based content that led to rank as a NO.1. for the most important keywords in the field.

Managed the launch of a fresh new website and community on the Hungarian market with more than 25 placements with millions of reach. Proactively organized offline participations in the biggest construction conferences.

Quantum acquired DreamJobs a job portal that was founded by their angel investor. The goal of the campaign was to position Quantum as the leader HR service provider and support the communication of the renewed DreamJobs. We organized an exclusive interview with Forbes and sent out the press release to the other mediums after. The news was published in Index, Startup Online, and several HR magazines.
