About the founder
Hello, I am Najoua a PR & Communication professional, founder of Agence Najoua, and Munch's ex Global PR and Partnership Area Lead.
In the early stage of my career, I was foundational to Munch (CEE’s biggest food-saving platform) since its inception, leading its transformation into a beloved brand across four countries through strategic PR and external communications.
In 2025, I founded Agence Najoua, an international creative communication agency. We specialize in brand-building communication that creates long-term buzz and builds a loyal community around the brand. We have partners from 10+ industries, from startups, through little family businesses to big international companies.
I also frequently speak on branding and sustainable communication at major educational institutions and at organizations such as STRT and Startup Hungary. I am a Forbes Ambassador and one of the top LinkedIn voices in Hungary.
I was one the youngest winner of the Signature PR Award 2025 and the winner of the PR Professional of the year voted by the Hungarian PR Association.

MBH Bank is one of the key players on the Hungarian banking scene, with a strong presence in both corporate and retail market. Within the framework of our cooperation, we held a LinkedIn workshop for all of the bank’s middle management, where the topic was how leaders and experts can develop their personal professional brands, but at the same time, how they can increase the credibility and visibility of the bank itself. The program discussed how expert communications can help in validating the professional image of the bank, in building up trust in the brand, and in meeting its business and sales objectives.
